As we continue on our journey here at Futurepast, we are pleased to welcome a trio that, for many years, we felt shared our vision, Frak! From Sweden, Frak have been founding an original hardware-based sound since the 80's, first via their own label Borft before collaborating with other labels over three whole decades.On their "Formless Obstruction" EP, Frak have provided a window into the sinister twists and turns of their work. On the A-side, you see creeping Detroit stylings of "Scientific Bella" set against "Wrong Owl" with it's EBM underpinnings and industrial inflections.On the flip, "Concentrated Feed" bubbles next to the razor sharp "Capacity Faun", both are filled with characteristic machine quirks and experimentalism.

Arís (pronounced: ah-reesh) presents the first in a new series of 90’s/early 00’s Irish Dance reissues with ARIS01; 2 remastered tracks from Bumble’s 1992 EP ‘West In Motion’ b/w a new remix from Brame & Hamo to celebrate the release’s 30th anniversary.Nineties Ireland; a remote island slightly out of music-step with the rest of Europe, dominated still by the ‘guitar music’. Meanwhile, our neighbours across the pond had transitioned to synths, drum machines and ecstasy to forge a seminal movement in ‘Rave’ and proceeded to change music and club culture forever.Slowly but surely, this radical wave of P.L.U.R. made its way onto Ireland’s shores. While raves both legal and illegal gradually proliferated, there was a telling lack of Irish-made ‘Rave’ music soundtracking them. Availability of the necessary music equipment and studio space to do this was few and far between, meaning this practice was a fortunate novelty to only a few.

Stoned Pilot continues his flight with the second leg of his collaborative journey!This time, Shonky welcomes Italian producer and friend Giammarco Orsini into his studio, resulting in 4 tracks that merge together the dreamy and driving influences of the two artists, always with a rich presence of analog synths and drum-machines.

Berlin-based DJ duo and mobile record shop The Ghost launch their new imprint Ghost Recs. Long-time friend and associate DJ Pipe offers up four smoking-hot dance tracks for GRECS 001. Each cut with its own housey and unique flava, it’s a record to open your mind and move your hips.
